Short, because the site is small. The part that matters is section 2, and it is there because an AI agent that discusses scope should never be mistaken for one that agrees to it.

2 · The AI agent is not making you an offer
Nothing the agent on this site says is a quote, a price, a commitment, or a contract. It is a language model with access to a description of Bogdan's work. It can be wrong, it can misread what you asked, and it has no authority to agree terms on anyone's behalf.
Work is agreed with a human, in writing, in a signed document that says so. If the agent ever tells you a price or a delivery date, treat it as a mistake and ask Bogdan — the agent is instructed not to, and it not doing so is checked, but a check is not a promise.
3 · What is on the pages
The case studies describe real work for a real client who has not agreed to be named, so the client is anonymised throughout and the substitutions are listed on each page. Figures are sourced. Where something could not be evidenced, the page says it could not be evidenced rather than rounding it into a claim.
That said, this is a portfolio, not a specification. Nothing here is professional advice, and nothing here guarantees a result on your system.
4 · Using the site
Read it, quote it, link to it. Do not use the contact form or the agent to send unsolicited commercial messages, do not attempt to break either of them, and do not use automated means to extract the content at a rate that costs money to serve. The text and design are Bogdan's; the code examples are yours to use.
5 · No warranty, and limited liability
The site is provided as it is. It may be down, the agent may be unavailable, and a page may be out of date. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from relying on anything here — which is another way of saying section 2.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
6 · Law, and how to raise something
Romanian law applies, and the courts of Iași, Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the law where you live.
