Cookies and browser storage
Four entries, and only one of them exists before you choose anything. This is the whole list — if something is not here, this site does not store it.

1 · The list
| Name | Type | Category | Lasts | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ib_agent_session | Cookie | Necessary | 7 days | Two random identifiers, so a conversation with the agent survives a page reload. Nothing about you. Cannot be read by JavaScript. |
| ib_consent_analytics_v1 | Local storage | Necessary | Until you clear site data | Your analytics choice. Without it you would be asked on every page. |
| ib_consent_replay_v1 | Local storage | Necessary | Until you clear site data | Your session-recording choice, kept separately so the two decisions cannot be confused with one another. |
| ph_* | Cookie + local storage | Analytics | 12 months | PostHog's own identifiers, so repeat visits are counted as one person rather than several. Written only after you switch analytics on. |
2 · The three categories
Necessary cannot be switched off, and the reason is narrow rather than convenient: the agent's cookie only exists if you deliberately start a conversation, and the two consent keys only exist to remember what you chose. Refusing to remember your refusal would mean asking again on every page.
Analytics counts page views and a couple of named actions. Session recording replays how you moved through a page. They are asked separately because they are different intrusions — see the privacy policy, sections 2 and 8, for what recording does and does not capture.
3 · What is not here
No advertising cookies, because there is no advertising. No tag manager, no ad network, no data broker, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. Fonts and every other asset are served from this domain, so loading a page contacts nobody else.
4 · Changing your mind
Takes effect immediately and works in both directions. Clearing your browser's site data has the same effect and you will be asked again.
